Your game. Your data.
This notice explains how FRAMEFORGE uses information when you play, including its web and Android versions.

Game saves and competition
FRAMEFORGE creates a random installation identifier. Your device stores it with your tutorial progress, settings, loadouts, earned currency, unlocks, and purchase records. It is an identifier for this installation, not a name or email address.
Online features send this identifier and relevant game actions to our service to verify matches, maintain ladder ratings, record weekly scores, and deliver rewards. Public competition boards use a shortened player label. No email or public profile is required to play. Purchase recovery creates a private game account protected by a recovery code. After recovery, verified online progress is associated with that account.
Product analytics and diagnostics
We use PostHog for product analytics in configured production builds. Events can include launches, sessions, tutorial steps, match outcomes, progression, store interactions, and purchase confirmations, together with the installation identifier, app version, platform, and timestamps. These records help us understand problems and improve the game.
When configured, Sentry receives error messages, stack traces, app version, runtime platform, and the installation identifier to diagnose failures. It also receives launch-session timestamps, duration, and error counts under a random identifier for that launch. These diagnostics help distinguish a failed game startup from a session that reported an error. Service and payment providers also process connection information such as an IP address when you make a request. The game does not ask for your contacts, precise location, microphone, camera, or photo library.
Optional advertising measurement
The advertising measurement choice is available in Settings and can be changed there. Refusing it does not disable gameplay or purchases. This choice is separate from the product analytics and diagnostics described above.
In configured Android builds, if you allow advertising measurement, Tenjin processes your advertising identifier, Google Play install referrer, device and connection information, and names of session, tutorial, match, store and purchase events. This helps us measure which advertisements bring players to FRAMEFORGE. We do not send your name, email, card details, purchase tokens or exact fight inputs to Tenjin. This choice does not authorize personalized ads. Existing choices made for install counting alone require a fresh answer before this measurement begins.
Declining or withdrawing in Settings stops new attribution events and opts the initialized SDK out. Events already delivered are not recalled; you can request access or deletion using the link below. Web builds do not initialize this native advertising measurement.
Optional rewarded videos
Where rewarded videos are available in Android, you can choose to watch an AppLovin MAX advertisement for the reward shown in the game. Before requesting ads, Google User Messaging Platform checks applicable consent and privacy choices. Settings includes ad privacy options so you can review or change those choices. These controls are separate from the Tenjin measurement choice above.
Ad services may process advertising and other device identifiers, IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device and app information, ad interactions, diagnostics, and consent signals to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and apply your privacy choices. Personalized advertising depends on the applicable consent choices. We do not request precise device location. See AppLovin's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.
Our service gives an ad attempt a random reference linked to your private game account. AppLovin sends a completion reference to our service, which verifies the event before adding the advertised reward. Closing an ad early does not grant a reward. If verification is delayed, the game can recover a completed reward when it reconnects. Rewarded videos do not require sending your recovery code or payment details to the ad provider.
Purchases
Android purchases use Google Play Billing. Web purchases use Stripe where checkout is available. The payment provider collects payment details on its own payment surface. FRAMEFORGE does not collect card numbers in the game. Our service records purchase references, product identifiers, payment status, grants, and reversals so purchases can be verified and restored. We store web transaction amounts and currency and catalog values for game entitlements; the provider receipt records the amount you paid.
Your GILT balance and purchases made with GILT are verified by our service. A refund or dispute can remove associated paid access or reverse the original GILT grant. If refunded GILT was already spent, the balance may carry a debt against future GILT grants. We retain a hash of your private account credential, and your device holds the recovery code. Never share that code with support or another player.
Retention and your choices
Local saves remain until you clear this app's data or this website's storage. Clearing local data does not delete service records and can remove access to the identifier needed to recover a save or purchase. Save your private recovery code from Settings and keep your receipts before clearing data.
Server progress and purchase records do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. You may request access or deletion through the data-request page. We verify requests before changing records. Payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legally required records may need to be retained; we will explain any applicable limits when handling your request.
